You don't see it now because of 2 things...in older cars use the hands-free earpiece, when the phone ring tap the button on the side and you're on...and second the newer cars you talk through the radios...no phone up to the head anymore....unless you're stupid.

In this orivince they can lose their driving permit for a year if they are caught apparently. Which it a good thing if it makes them stop using it while driving!
