Journals are such a gift - not just at the time we write. I give journals

to kids - the grands & greats and those who drop in at The Center... I tell them it helped me understand things better when I could write them down.  Thank you for this story - love the way you celebrated that birthday.

Most people just blow out candles but your birthday took the cake! My son gave me an empty journal book each birthday for years., They only stopped when I bought my first personal computer.
