Oh, I felt the injustices you suffered as I read this post. All I can say is congratulations for having gotten away from all that and rising above it. How terrible and how frustratin. Good for you!

It does not seem real Pat. One could not expect women who had worked in munition factories and many did mens work. They would not go easily into being treated as they probably were before. In fact you were like one of the pioneers of change. A woman told me she had worked in a factory with all men mechanics. They did try and give her awkward jobs ,but she prevailed.
