CCT - Thank you. I’m just fine.
I’ll try to not take that as a sarky comment.

I totally understand about the watering! I have only my deck gardens and a bit in the yard, but the hose doesn't reach conveniently so I carry the water out by quarts and half gallons. At least with multiple trips, I get a lot of exercise!

Re: Oh, how familiar the words in the poem, thinking about how to
Years since Pat I grew quite a lot of strawberries it meant a lot of kneeling a good job not on hard floors or the knees would have gone like my neighbour's who was a carpet layer.

Nearly half an Acre but it is on an old stone quarry and water is not cheap here.

Watering can get tiresome, especially with a large garden...That's some wise advice in the poem.

Enjoy the strawberries. There are many rotting grapes here from too much rain sir. A foggy day in London town? It blew here. LOL.

Oh, how familiar the words in the poem, thinking about how to
pry myself out of a chair without a table to brace against... I couldn't have described it half as well. The photo of the strawberries took me back to my summer job between school years. A nickel a quart, and occasionally one especially tasty one eaten right off the vine.
