Cookies sound good, warm from the oven. My mother loved that song, "Deep Purple."

that can underline that particular mood. Just a word about the cookies; did you know that if a cookie is broken, all the calories escape?

I really like that too. It just seemed a little too lively and happy for this gloomy, damp, dreary, dark day. LOL. Maybe the smell of cookies baking and the warmth of Blogit friendship will get me out of that deep purple mood. Also Ribcage and I spent last night talking about death and dying and burial wishes and stuff like that. He's been in that kind of mood since his life-time friend died this month from lung cancer.
