- Go to DREAMING OF SPRING CLEANING
I now have to think about closet cleaning, and drawer cleaning and, and, and flimsy green plastic bags. I enjoyed reading this. In fact, I read it twice! Thank you.

Re: CCT
I think your neighborhood is a bit ahead of ours when it comes to recycling and repurposing things - but I come from a time when "waste not, want not" was the watchword, and so I recycle. Our cardboard, paper, aluminum & plastics are all picked up in one waste barrel for processing. Garbage/non-recyclables/food scraps go into the other and end up in the landfill. We have special drop off spots for electronics, batteries, cords, etc. to be recycled - old TVs, computers, etc. Even so, it seems to get ahead of our ability to control it.

A pity one cannot dispose of unwanted stuff so easily Pat .
I expect you have bins we have one for rubbish one for bottles and jars,
one for recyclable stuff one for food waste, and one payable one for green waste.
We meaning my Brother who seems to spend more time with me than in his own
house, hardly ever waste food either the birds or the compost bin seem to solve that
problem. I am sure we could fit anything you do not require into one of our bins.
