Can't remember the last time I made deviled eggs. Any time I boil
an egg or two it goes into the potato salad... Hmmm.

Sometimes it is hard to find any but large around here. But the large also offer some with extra Omega 3 which is very helpful with bringing down or controlling cholesterol numbers. So I often have 2 of those instead of 3 mediums. But the smaller ones are better for deviled eggs, 'cause who can eat just one or two?
