There's quite an appeal these days to an off-the-grid or just
a remote place to escape 'the madding crowd.' But I get to thinking about wood stoves and how much work it takes to keep a wood fire burning at the right temp for cooking, etc., and suddenly the traffic past my front door doesn't seem so bothersome. Hope your truck repairs don't break the bank.

Oh drat indeed. I was thinking tiny houses or log cabins cook-out in the evenings...and the truck won't go.
