Re: RPresta

I'll take your word for it, but in the grand scheme of things, I'd just drink the regular stuff, maybe a bit less?

Re:Pat

Yes Pat I might try grape juice mixed with a strong red wine. I like Scotch in tea but I expect that seems horrible to you.

Re: Kabu

That does seem like sound advice, I have these little exertions into trial and error.

Re: FS

Cheers FS. Perhaps it is a because iof a low demand.

I would've thought the non-alcohol wine would've been cheaper. I guess it's in more demand than I thought...Hopefully, the hopes are met.

C_C_T

I remember a drinking a low-alcohol wine, quite by error, and it was terribly sweet. Doesn't seem worth it. Your poem reminded me of someone in a wistful mood, but was very nice.

stop listening to what "they' are telling you. Mostly it is PHD students from some university working on their doctorate and their base for their study is usually either small or from one area. One needs a census of populations across the world which is hardly realistic to reach. moderation dear. Everything in moderation.

If you're looking for the health thingies that wine is supposed to have,

but you don't want the alcohol, why not try grape juice. Concord grape and cranberry juice put out by the Ocean Spray company looks like wine - and it is a lot less expensive. I like a nice single-malt scotch, over ice with just a smidge of water, but just one.

CCT

I would say don't bother with the fake wine (non-alcoholic).  Wines vary widely, from 5% to 15% alcohol.  Just find one you like in the lower part of the range.  And drink it moderately, and you should be fine!!  Cheers
