oh my! we could say where were the parents but I know that we can raise them with all kinds of values but the bottom line is kids need to be responsible for their actions. Maybe lots of community service along with a payment plan to pay for the damages.

Like car accidents when I was young or so many of the women that I love died of cnacer in our sixties where as I also had cancer and lived on. Shit happens on the just and the unjust alike.

Yes it does not get any better once crime might have meant stealing a goose. Or pinching someones old wheelbarrow. I remember my sister saying a friend told her where some nice walnuts were.  They had picked up about four when a woman ran out shouting that she was informing the police. It frightened them.
