I'm sure they checked to rolls to make sure no one was named "Pelosi, Shumer....or Romney" in the troops.

That is very telling, to an Army vet like me. However, it is a different question, whether the troops had ammo in those guns. I hope they did, or it is a gesture with no real 'teeth' behind it.
