TAPS

Winters to me, is the best weather, as you too say. In a desert state like ours, it's the extremeties that we have to bear, insufferable though they be!

Well Taps there is no rest for the wicked my gardener and I. I  do it half-heartily  dig the wet ground over so that the usual hard frosts will reduce it to a soft crumbly consistency.

We do seem to be having quite mild winters, but I do like to get a few licks from the Sun.It seems to peep through nervously. Keep warm.

I, too, am hunkered down waiting for the first robin's song this spring.

I may be mistaken, but I believe my own roots are absorbing energy so as to produce a few green shoots one of these days.

I've never seen such an outbreak of colds and the flu......And there are so many varieties you can catch...even though you are immune to each variety after you have it....There are many different types of viruses that cause the common cold. In fact, well over 200 different varieties of viruses can cause the symptoms of a cold.

Hmmmmm....If you have 5 colds a year, it will take you 40 years to get through them all........BUMMER!
