Holding the hands of kids help a lot. One can always feel them and not let them get away.

I found a great device that is also used for dogs....
It's an electric coller....when the kid gets more that 10 feet away it shocks the little darlin'...it amazing how fast they learn the system.....

I had to hold my children by the hand, and even then they would try to "escape" periodically.

I never had to worry about any of mine getting lost, except for one of them. That one was always getting lost if I didn't hang on to him.
