Well you always seemed lucid to me. Just write what you feel and I am sure it will impress. I still have the picture of you wearing a crown.

write and write and write...after you finish writing then go back and edit. don't worry if it makes sense at first.

Re: BC-A

I relax reading what other people write.

I really love your story. i did the first time and even more now. I will share a secret. After my book went to print. I have never read it again. I only ever pick it up to sign and give away. How can we ever feel it is finished. I know that I cannot. I was reading a poem of mine that was published twice...I find it a mess!!

Please do continue with your writings. They are always interesting and relevant. Do it for your grandchildren and their children. I guarantee, they will treasure all that you write for them.

No hibernation. You're doing fine, and a joy to read. Just go for it!

In our writing group, we take the bits and pieces we remember, usually

suggested by some kind of general topic. We write in anecdotes - each one stands alone for the time being. Later on, if it seems like the thing to do, we can put the stories in chronological order. Sometimes stories along a similar line that happen to different generations or in different places just work together, even though they didn't get told in date order. Trying to start at the beginning and go day by day or year by year is a humongous undertaking, and discouraging in its enormity. Like eating an elephant at one sitting.

Sadly we can never be perfect Taps. That which might intrigued some folk will bore others. Perhaps we should just write for our own enjoyment unless one happens to be a celebratory  and the the words your oyster..
