Four years ago, I switched electric providers because of a salesman's pitch. Four years later, I'm still happy with the company.

Yes, indeed, Bill. Two things, from long ago; one, thank-you to Annicita, was Calgon. I tried it but I didn't go anywhere. lol. And the other was for Diaper Service. Yes, that was priceless. Other than that, I'd have to think a long while.
