The California fires are DEFINITELY a direct result of mis-management of forests and wildlands.  See our previous comments about this.  Their state government should be purged, and the parties guilty of gross criminal negligence should be put in prison.  But instead, they are celebrated as champions of "the environment".  It is pathetic and disgusting.
