you deserve the new washer of dishes. I refuse to live without one and I agree that heat dry at the end is important.

OH! dear Pat, Cringe cringe. I do not use a dishwasher. I suppose we always have plenty of hot water and I just swill things with a detergent and then cold water. The reason being that hot water comes from a tank in the roof and no one knows what might have crawled in there to commit suicide. Anyway my brother does the cooking and I watched him he swills everything over and over. I suppose it is what one is used to.

wise choice. I find when you fix one thing that another part goes out and on and on until you spent more than the cost of a new one. enjoy it!
