Your scarf is a special gift - to be treasured. After Bird passed, I gave his winter coats and leather jacket to a friend of mine for a person she knew who was in need of help. Bird wore the jacket constantly, and it was well used, so my friend ended up passing on the other coats. For my birthday she gave me a large coaster that she had made, It was beautifully hooked with brown/beige yarn, a circle edged in black, surrounding a dog's paw in black, also hooked...from strips of Bird's leather coat. It's value to me is incomputable.

I enjoyed hearing/reading all in this post. Thank you. That is really nice about the scarf, even though, forgive my ignorance, I don't know exactly what an infinity scarf is! lol. I know what an infinity pool is, though...

I often wonder about some of the folk ,it does seem we are a skeleton crew now.
Although I have just had an email saying blogit is renewing my sub for another year so someone is an optimist.I bet she will love the scarf.
