This is where 'search' comes in handy. I just did a search for 'grounding' and it came up with a bunch, spread out over the years. This is my first and oldest blog, so they do go back a bit.

I would love to learn more about this concept of "grounding", which sounds very important. I have looked back at your previous dozen or so posts, and I didn't see anything further about it.
