It is interesting to wAtch, as long as they don't make too much noise and kick up dust. Hope you still get to watch the kids.

you remind me of when one of my Grandsons...he's now 6ft 5 "... we used to drive him around the suburb in Sydney so that he could watch the big "Dig a hole" machines at work.

The one I remember most Pat is a bulldozer pushed against our bungalow built  1934 .It just sighed and collapsed I guess it was built with one brick coated walls but the cement was lime and sand.

It's been a while since I've watched construction from home, but years ago in the place we lived then, a block's worth of house were torn down across the street from us, and a parochial school was built in their places.  It was interesting to watch the progress.

I like watching construction scenes. The best part about it is watching the progress that is being made, seeing every step of the way.
