Pat

I remember my mom calling it Armistice Day. By any name it is a day to be remembered. What a nice gesture, and it's good you could participate. Sorry you got tired but those events can be draining. Take care.

Well it is nice to help those who nearly gave their lives Pat. We still do the original date.

I suppose it is better than nothing.

Still called Armisitce day here and Australia; but since Australia also has ANZAC day in April 25th...the landing at Gallipoli in Turkey during WW1 the aweful event that consolidated the loosely held together States into a country; November 11 is remembered with dawn services and two minutes silence on the 11th hour.

Up here Monday will be a Holiday. Darling you read really tired.

That's a really great cause you were a part of yesterday. Our veterans deserve a lot of thanks.
