I'm sure you are right about the dear young lady!! I know little about her, but I do know she is "parent-approved" by Karthish's mom and dad. These are very traditional Indian families, and would not accept risky mates for their children! Western kids would not allow such strong parental input into their choice of marriage. Ahhh, so it is a bit racy and earthy, as a proper love song should be. And it is a song about a man proposing to a girl, so it was very appropriate and decent here.....quite unlike much of the obscene trash that passes for music here in the US.
Thanks very much for your translation, it is very handy knowing someone who can translate another language. If you ever need some translation from Thai, I can give it a try. I know enough Thai language to get myself in trouble, but I have impressed the Thai natives from time to time.
I was hoping you would be surprised to find such a video in my post. And I daresay you were touched by the young lovers, and the surprise that Karthish engineered upon his girlfriend. This took a LOT of work, planning, and practice!! Cheers

It is a song in Punjabi dialect, and not in Hindi. But I understand some Punjabi also. What I want to know is, what does this mean in the song: "BUM DIGGY DIGGY BUM BUM" Could be a bit earthy in English, but I am sure Anibanerjee will enlighten us, LOL.
