qWell dear I have been through 6 lots and I have remarkable patience, you see I lost the hearing in one ear through working with noisy pumps, and chicken squawking if one has five hundred in a shed it is like ten dinosaurs roaring. No one said wear ear protectors or that asbestos was dangerous or smoking was harmful

It takes a little perserverance to get used to the quality hearing aides. The brain has to retrain itself to block out unwanted sounds. patience dear friend. patience and perseverance.

Some days I leave mine in the drawer, but it's not good for the brain to make it fight to feed sound from the eardrum to the center. Love that wistful sweet poetry.
