Thank you CCT for this helpful comment. Many people have told me not to let it bother me, because, this family if different. I have good friends, but I guess it always hurts when a once friend turns away. Better days ahead, and thank you.

Sadly people change Jenny. Look at the divorce rate. I think it is rather foolish for someone to bypass a good friend. So I suggest maybe she has changed and it is nothing to do with your own character. Maybe someone can give you better advice, but always believe in yourself.
