I failed drawing at school. The only subject i ever actually failed at....I should not have been in the drawing class and we were never given any tuition...unless someone's work was good.

Not if he/she doesn't have or ever expressed an interested in what the training is for.....if nothing else there must be an "opt-out" clause.....
