On my 40th Birthday, I was in Rocky Mt NP in Colorado, and there was one peak that had a smooth trail up to the top of the peak.....when you stood on the peak rock you could rotate around and see dozens of peaks at the same level on the 360 degrees horizon...it was absolutely breathtaking........
