Yes we get good virus protection with the Broadband but it is like everything else each
programme becomes a bit smarter to survive.

I still have things on floppies but even with a reader it is painful to copy from them.
My brother has just put another hard drive in my machine. It will be handy to do a system reinstall if the other drive becomes corrupted. I used to write on a font-writer I can't really remember how I transferred that onto floppies. Yes it is OK again, but those viruses are becoming tricky.

Yes i expect you have one if you have probs with emails I suppose you don't want the hassle of exterminating it.P.s Don't touch their bottoms, I was not even doing anything when one flew by and gave me a passing sting.

Well RP this one kept me from visiting normal sites and placing me on other ones so we had to bobble it. I don't think they could jump very high with golden shoes.

and work fingers crossed at the computer even though it slows the typing, that some malicious bot doesn't pick on our system.

I get a headache thinking about backing up computers and searching for viruses. Glad it's all okay now. A horse with golden hooves is a lovely thought. Very nice, indeed.

wow they can change their name. nasty little pests. Because it is warm today there are wasps flying in and around the screen porch. Your virus reminds me of them They are nasty creatures too.

I've been very lucky over the last few years when it comes to computer problems. I used to have one big virus a year. It has been a while since that has happened.
Computers can be such a big hassle.
