My area has a lot of houses packed into it. I don't see how they can fit many more...I wasn't expecting the wife twist at the end of your poem.

If we all knew Pat, we could have made a fortune. I am surprised by your price increase,i thought there were acres of land out your way. Although I remember Sam saying her house was $100K about three years ago.

That same thing is happening here. Large properties being parceled out into smaller ones. Sad. And a very cute poem.

It's true that real estate has really grown pricier by leaps and bounds,
I remember paying $16K for a corner lot complete with a bungalow and garage in 1966, the same place now, and neglected to the point of rack & ruin by its present owner, would go for $160K.
