Re: FSI

Me too! And did you ever notice how much younger they look when they smile?

The feelings in life are often bittersweet. I know of many people later in life who are able to smile through the tears.

Re: TAPS

Thank you. I'm pleased that you like it. Yes, the best of memories are those to keep, and the not-so-good ones fade. It's part of our mechanism for good mental health, I think. We let the unpleasant go...

"...gilded recall of glowing reverie."  That is so beautiful.  I have so many of those kinds of memories.  The not-so-good memories fade away, but the beautiful ones remain.

Re: C_C_T - Thank you.

There is a study coming from England regarding rosemary and memory. According to the study, rosemary aided memory. It was refuted, but also supported.

Quite sweet, but then most of your work is. I like to chew the occasional  small green blade  of Rosemary,

WOW......

This is an exquisite poem. I read it out aloud and was delighted at the sound effect it produced. Especially "in gilded recall of glowing reverie" and "so beautiful, so tender, so delicately exquisite, that our souls nearly ache with a pleasure". Kudis! big sis!!!
