Yes, they should. I find myself shaking my head many a time when some bicyclists ignore the laws of the roadways.

Well they seem a bit dicey at times,a bit different to when we rode the Penny Farthings.

More so....most of them are idiots with ear plugs, not a bit concerned about the threats floating through their environment...
