What a great write! So delightful to read. I just love the way wrote it. He will find "the one." And you will do fine as changes come.

Darling Taps is somewhere coming along behind Wiley I think, but still travelling their road. We should all remember that each day is a gift and live it to our full. Sometimes it may be walking across the dusty roads of a country and sometimes it may just be looking out of a window and watching the wind blow the bows of a favorite tree until I sometimes hear the tree whisper..."Enough already."
good luck to your darling as he takes off in search of her!!

There's something freeing about the open road. A lot of truckers like that lifestyle.

Re: Taps
I think 'getting old' is a state of mind. You're most likely just switching gears for the next turn around the track.

The biggest changes in me in this year 2018 seems to be that I can't concentrate, can't think well, can't remember what I want to recall, don't have much interest in social activities, sit and stare out the window at the places I used to enjoy being outside. Do you think I might be getting old?
