I'm lucky to have some acreage so my Best Friend Bogart & I go for walks in the morning and evening. Bogey is, of course, checking out and protecting his territory........
He's a Dorky (cross between a Yorkie & a Dachshund)

What a wonderful post! Thank you for helping us/me to take the time to remember to fidget More. Funny, but I've had a lifetime of people telling me to stop fidgeting. Hope lunch was good.

I am a sedentary lump. I may be crocheting, but that only works the hands. Maybe I should learn to do it with my toesies. (or not)
