Well, Jemmie...
I guess I'm part of that Claudette-BigV flame war whether I like it or not, so I'll put a comment on here. Thankfully, you've always been pretty kind to me, and I've always liked your writing. Even with people whose writing I didn't like, most of them can put a sentence together and string a group of them into minimally coherent paragraphs, posts and blogs. Even if their spelling and grammar are less-than-optimal (and there are plenty of those on Blogging Network), at least I can figure out what the topic of their blogs might be and what the point of their latest posts are. I avoid commenting on those posts devoutly, because I feel that Blogging Network is an ideal place for them to practice - they're on the right track and that's all they really need.
Truthfully, when I read Claudette's stuff, I feel I'm reading something straight out of an abnormal psych text. (That's saying something; we bipolar types have that trait of distractibility in common with ADHD patients, and that makes people like me far more prone than average to going off on tangents and doing the whole word-salad thing. I'm just saying that "it takes one to know one," if you get my drift.)
