It depends on the interviewer and where one is working. Some interviewers like them. Others do not. I do feel every workplace could use a fireball or two.

I think it depends on with whom one is interviewing and for what position. People tend to hire people like themselves. So it could go either way.

I have read the post and then am sitting here thinking about the music...always love your musical ideas...and it is so long since I went for a job interview, I don't know anymore. not too fireball I would think but certainly with confidence.
