You say: "he (the Sufi) sees himself in others, in the good, in the bad, in all; and thus, he expands the horizon of his vision."
I say: I see no part of myself in the monsters known as Karl Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Hitler, Ho Che Min, Charles Manson, Kim Jung Un, Vladimir Putin, Genghis Khan, Saddam Hussein, and a billion other evil predators in this world. Anything we share with them, such as the fact that we all have souls, we all have red blood, we all breathe oxygen, are irrelevant and misleading. We must instead focus on our DIFFERENCES, how we are using, or abusing, our divinity, our energy, our free will. That makes the difference between a demon and a saint.
