well done. I too am finding I have to pace myself throughout the day to get maximum use of the day.
I got stuff to throw goodwills way too.

In ans. to your question, yes - I replaced the bulky old Eureka with it's long cord with one of those lightweight, battery powered ones after reading here on Blogit about how well TAPS liked hers. It runs 15 minutes on a charge and then must recharge for a couple hours - which fits right in with my energy level.
