The tribble named Trouble..... I love it!! I saw the original episode on TV when a small lad. I am a big sci fi fan, because I think it will shape our reality. What is this convention you were at?

Oh, do I sympathize with you on the back issues. At least you are able to walk around there, and your walking stick sounds fabulous. Yes, the Renaissance Festival is exhausting, but fun, even as a visitor. It's always so hot when they have one here also. Too hot. Enjoy and be careful.

This world does not meet the needs or expectations of so many of the too many people living in it and they get angry and frustrated, fearful, and crazy. And they try to balance the scales, I guess.

Tiring especially because of the lower-back troubles that means I have to sit down from time to time. I have a nice gryphon-headed stick to walk around with, though it is partly for show. The Renaissance Festival is truly exhausting, happening in the heat of summer on a large site of uneven ground, and hilly terrain. Not going to that this year!
