So many people fall out of touch with one another. Social media does help with that but only to a degree.

It had something to do with minor's belonging to the tribes and tribal allowances for the children or something. I never did understand it but it had something to do with money.

Whoa! What a story. I had no idea there were laws about people who are Native Alaskans pertaining to the legality of residing anywhere in the USA. Can't wait to read more.
