Pat - there's a mental issue there, imho, regardless of reason
A person who engages in acts like that by default has a mental problem, I think. To me it doesn't matter if he's from an old family in town, or a resented newbie; it's despicable to deface graves. How nice there are people who came in behind him and patched up his hate with their love.

If one could understand such a motive. Not very smart being caught either.
I suppose hidden resentment of some kind has trigger this.What can one say.
