Time it seems to me acts a bit like the squeeze-part of an
accordian - I believe the name for it is the bellows, but maybe not. Anyway, there are times when yesterday seems to be further back and further back seems like yesterday. Some things that happened years back feel like just a minute ago - thus the time is compressed or expanded in ways that bear no resemblance whatsoever to the physics/science involved.

Sure it seems fast we're on fast time now...things will slow down in late fall.
But seriously, as we get older time does seem to speed up, without your knowledge...
It's hard to believe Joe Love died 7 years ago....I guess we repress things that were painful.
