I traveled by trains, Greyhound bus, and car for years and years before my first flight to L.A. which was quite an adventure for a Missourian at age 45.

Easier for those who grew up in the ways of travel. Now I remember seeing an Airship.
Once a cycle ride of thirty miles was to the moon and back.

Actually, if I need to travel with much luggage, Southwest would be the airline of choice, but they don't currently fly out of the CoSprings airport, and I choose, whenever possibly, the 15 mile drive there over the 70 mile drive to Denver. And there is no safer time to fly any particular airline than right after they have had a couple of horrific accidents.

great Post and one to bring a person down to reality with a thud. yes it is amazing, and I am for ever grateful to be able to see my family when i have saved the money to do so.
