Well jean when you move you should at least buy one or two small growing apple and pear trees . My Dad said you plant pears for your heirs, but it is different now .

this poem brought to my mind the fruit tree of my child hood, our neighbors plum tree. and it made me think of the last time i plucked fruit from a tree or even saw a fruit tree. more importantly it brought back the memory of how good fruit use to be when picked fresh and of all the things i have loved.
