Perhaps you are right about Elizabeth I, though she had a strong and witty personality.

And I like giving my brains some exercise too in the process of my writing. Thank you big sis that you appreciate my contributions so much. I'm not sure whether Beatrice's character has elements of Elizabeth I's influence. But it could be so I guess.

I love how you've told us about this play, and the witty dialogue sounds so entertaining. I often wonder if there is not something of Elizabeth I written into the character of this Beatrice. So good to read your blog again. It always gives my brain a little exercise. Thank you.
