That is an interesting line of thinking. It very well could, although I believe it will happen on earth.
Judgement Day means different things to different people. For a Calvinist, it is already determined whether you or in or not no matter what you do. So theoretically, Hitler could enter heaven while Mother Theresa does not. Catholics believe one goes into heaven or hell right away upon death. Baptists believe a literal rising of the dead.
