A lady I knew from Poland always came and asked if she could pick the leaves. I thought they were too bitter, but as they burned the roads for fuel in the war years I suppose a little bitterness was of no concern.Actually I have been chopping the little rascals up they do seem to have flourished in the wet. I like your poem though.

LOL. Same here. This one didn't seem to know that. The poem can also be read as a metaphor.
