Pat - How horrible...
What a hellish co-worker! Here you had a nightmare you were leaving and then the nightmare of that person.

I remember that I got a job unpacking groceries in a big huge grocery store in Wagga years ago. Women had just started getting equal pay for equal work and men really resented it.
The forman put me onto the frozen foods and I really could not pull along a trolley of frozen foods to pack into the freezers.
I asked a man for help....I lasted one week.

He must have had problems from a different source. Something was eating him other than you.

Bob sounds like he was a coworker from hell...I do wonder what makes people like him tick.

He was lucky you did not give him a mouthful Pat. I bet he would not dare to treat a woman like that today. It is so ridiculous really if one is doing the same job to differentiate . I remember a lady who was on here she told me that she had once worked in an engineering factory with over a hundred men. They always seemed to give her the tough jobs, which she managed OK. I asked her once if she dressed down. She said 'no' she went to work in hot pants. She was married.
