Thank you! I appreciate your comment, and encouragement/advice. Just quickly re-reading it now, I saw a small flame at the beginning of the post, but it became a large glowing luminescence before the last few paragraphs. I felt, in a sense, disappointed that I couldn't see the flame, only the light. Then I realized that must be the point by the end of this post. I have saved it.

An excellent post..... about the difference between having and being. And about the burdens that others place upon us, that sometimes we should not accept. The imagery of the "Basket of Light" is very good, and the message is good advice. Cheers

After reading it a few times, you won't need to come find it, it will be something you return to at will when you want it or need it.
If/when you don't want to take the time to do the entire meditation, I suggest focussing on the grounding: It is the most important bit!
