It does appear that house prices are holding up well here. Strangely it has been put down to immigrants, so that might please some and not others. I suppose it is a good job that money moving is strictly adhered to, Good old Mum.

I'm considering a house sale and move - to an apartment maybe in
a senior facility for active types who still drive but don't have the energy for yard work, fence painting, etc... Just the thought of packing/moving/settling in gives me the chills.
