Good advice, I have never had a kitten but there has always been a cat that materializes as soon as I lose the last one. Folk move and I imagine if the pet is not on the spot they just think someone will look after it.

well done. Well thought out and i believe researched. too many people have no idea of the responsibilities that go with owning a pet.
