Oh dear I don't get in here to read for a couple of days and look what happens. Both you and dear Ribcage!! I am sorry. I did read that you had broken ribs but now the two of you are laid up and at the mercy of all those who must offer good deeds. Sigh!

I have a similar lung exerciser, they do help
Sorry you and Ribcage are still suffering; hope the healing picks up some steam for you both. Hey maybe he'll quit smoking..
